• How many ring into the office during the course of the day?
• How sure are you that they all use hands-free?

If you are not sure, you might want to review your policies and procedures, as from December 2003 you, the employer, as well as the individual risk prosecution. At that time, the use of hand-held mobile phones will become illegal whilst driving.
