The Partners are pleased to advise that Jo Lawless has successfully passed her exams to become a qualified chartered accountant.
Jo has been with the firm for three years and specialises in audit and accounts. She spends much of her working day out on assignment with a wide range of clients.
With an eye to her future, Jo is about to take a year out from studying but will return to her textbooks next year when she plans to sit the CTA taxation examinations.
Jo said: “I am thrilled to have passed my chartered accountancy exams, and I am grateful to the firm for the support it has given me over the study period.”
Graham Boulton, partner at Robinson Reed Layton, added: “We are delighted that Jo is now a qualified chartered accountant. She has joined an expanding number of home grown professionals within the firm, who all contribute to providing a successful and effective service to our clients. As a firm we are committed to the continuing professional development of all our staff – we were the first firm of chartered accountants in Cornwall to achieve Investors in People and ongoing training lies at the heart of our recruitment and HR policy.”
