Robinson Reed Layton beat six other teams to win the BF Adventure Corporate Challenge for a second year running last Friday.
The winning team was Simon Reed, David Horwell, Tracy Lewis and Robert Thomas. The charity’s outdoor centre near Penryn provided a gruelling mix of activities including rock climbing, abseiling, canoeing, orienteering and the zip wire but the new challenge was to build a raft and race it.
Together with the title, the Robinson Reed Layton team won a day’s coasteering for six people.
Chartered Accountant Simon Reed is delighted with the win:
“We’re really pleased to have successfully defended our title. It was a great day full of good humoured competition, with all of us raising funds for a great cause.”
The funds raised on the day will help disadvantaged young people engage with BF Adventure and develop enough confidence to get back on track.
