Some of our clients have just one buy-to-let property, and others have extensive portfolios of residential and commercial properties. They all benefit from James’ expertise in this field.
We also advise property developers, from household names responsible for major local projects to individuals developing an outbuilding on our land. One of our Partners, Nick Skerratt, has personal experience of this sector, having been a director of a company which developed several properties including his present home.
