Terry Knight BA(Hons) FCA
Senior Manager
Terry qualified in 1978 and has been Senior Manager since 1988.
Terry specialises in forensic accounting and has produced expert reports on cases involving personal injury, fatal accidents, loss of profits and professional negligence. He is a Law Society accredited expert witness.
Terry has extensive experience in the retail industry both in auditing and management accounts, and is the firm's cash flow and projections specialist.
In addition to being a rugby nut, Terry is a keen gardener and enjoys a passion for the theatre. His other interests include music, reading and walking.
Paula Budge BSc(Hons) FCCA
Manager
Paula joined the firm in 1997, and as a team manager specialises in PLC and limited company audits.
Paula is the firm's CCH Viztopia accounts guru, and also specialises in Sage Line 50 management accounts.
Paula is a horse owner and keen rider, and enjoys keeping fit by attending dance classes, gym, cycling and walking. She also enjoys weekend breaks, especially shopping sprees!
Mikaela Richards BA(Hons) FCCA
Manager
Mikaela joined the firm in 1999 and became qualified as a Chartered Certified accountant in 2003. She became a team manager in 2008.
Mikaela specialises in limited company audits and company, sole trader and partnership accounts and has a particular interest in business start-ups and growing companies.
The majority of Mikaela's spare time is taken up chasing and clearing up after her young son - and husband! - , but in her rare free time she enjoys walking, going to the cinema, reading and trying to cook!
Lynn Taylor BSc(Hons) FCA
Assurance Manager
Lynn is the firm's Assurance Manager, and has been with the firm since 1992.
Lynn specialises in large company audits, pension scheme audits, client money audits, groups of companies, company and sole trader and partnership accounts.
Lynn enjoys kayaking, plays in a canoe polo team and is treasurer of Hayle Canoe Club.
Mark Williams BA(Hons) ACA DChA
Manager
Mark joined the firm in 1999 and was promoted to the management team in 2005.
Mark has recently attained the prestigious Diploma in Charity Accounting issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in recognition of his work with charity and public sector audits.
Mark specialises in the charity and not for profit sector, including audits, accounts and grant claims, and is noted for his work with care homes in both the private and charity sector. From a farming background himself, he also works with farmers and landed estates.
Mark is the firm's training manager, mentoring students and overseeing professional development, and is a keen tennis player and walker.
